Student delegates have the opportunity, in a series of roundtable discussions, to analyze and develop recommendations for United States foreign policy. Roundtables are conducted by prestigious academic and professional leaders. Students engage in moderated small-group discussions regarding their respective human security emphasis. Each emphasis is found in the United Nations Development Programme's 1994 Human Development Report. The culmination of these discussions will be end-of-conference group policy recommendation presentations in each area of Economic, Food, Health, Environmental, Personal, Political, and Community Security.
